Family Fest

Family Fest was meaningful for the families who came. With over 300 attendees in just three hours, this year’s event was the biggest and best yet according to the Dodge County Human Services and Health Department organizer. Feedback from community members showed they truly appreciated the opportunity to connect with local resources and many of them specifically mentioned how friendly, informative and welcoming the vendors were to them. 

At our booth we had the Spinning Wheel with questions we developed that were geared for children to answer and learn. 

We set up the informational display and had many handouts for families to collect that included candy and giving away seeds.

The Family Fest is a great way to support the community and help to showcase the power of connection and collaboration and promote our Master Gardener mission.
