Educational Programs

The Dodge County Master Gardeners were once again busy presenting to a wide array of individuals across the county in 2025.  Programs were presented at libraries, schools, civic groups, farm frolics, park days, Senior Expos, and senior centers.  A total of 450 individuals were reached with these programs, some of which were hands-on demonstrations. 

The topics were a great selection again this year.  They covered succulents, winter sowing, windowsill herbs, fall gardening, beginning gardening, strawbale gardening, perennial vegetables, square foot gardening, lilacs, patio gardens, invasives, composting, and pollinator gardens.

Plans are already underway for programs in the coming year with several booked for early 2026.
